Dr. Jay Mudiyanse

Dr Jay Mudiyanse is a dual-trained Emergency Physician and General Practitioner with a strong commitment to community-centred primary care. An international medical graduate from Sri Lanka, he currently practises as a GP at DPV Health Mill Park, focusing on continuity of care, chronic disease management, and strengthening GP–ED integration.

Jay supervises and mentors registrars, advocates for safer and more connected models of care, and works to bridge the gap between emergency medicine and general practice. As a driving force behind the development of gpx, he is passionate about creating collaborative platforms that elevate frontline clinicians, celebrate Sri Lanka’s heritage, and reimagine the future of patient-centred care.
