Refund Policy

1.1. Requests may be submitted via the official ticketing platform.
1.2. If there are any barriers to obtaining a refund through ticketing platform a request must be submitted in writing to admin@gpxconference.com.au
1.3. Refunds must be approved by, and are at the discretion of, the Organiser.

1.4 Cancellations:  

1.4.1. On or before 1 April 2026: Full refund.
1.4.2. 2 April – 31 May 2026: Refund of ticket fee less AUD 250.
1.4.3. From 1 June 2026: No refund.

1.5. Cancellation and refund deadlines will be revised should the event be postponed.
1.6. Name changes may be permitted according to third-party ticketing agency terms and conditions. A fee may apply.
1.7. Tickets may not be re-sold without prior written approval from the Organiser.
1.8. Virtual participation will not be permitted.
1.9. The Organiser accepts no responsibility for expenses incurred (e.g., travel, accommodation, income loss, or any direct/indirect costs) arising from cancellation or postponement.
