Dr. Richard Sia

Richard Sia is a practising General Practitioner, Acting Director of Medical Services at Kilmore District Hospital, GP Liaison Officer at Northern Health, and Supervisor Liaison Officer for the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners. He works in a busy metropolitan clinic in Essendon, Victoria, where he also serves as a GP training supervisor.

Richard is passionate about education and training, with a strong commitment to supporting registrars and strengthening the future GP workforce. Across his roles, he leads initiatives that enhance collaboration between hospital and primary care, improve models of care, and contribute to system-wide quality and safety. He remains actively involved in clinical teaching, service development, and fostering integrated care within the Northern Health community.
